During your 45-minute design chat with me, you'll explore a variety of design elements tailored specifically to your chosen room. I will provide personalized guidance on topics such as paint colors to enhance the space's ambiance, furniture placements to optimize functionality and flow, styling suggestions to add personality and charm, and custom wall treatments to elevate the room's aesthetic. Whether you're looking to refresh your living room, bedroom, kitchen, or any other single room in your home, I will collaborate with you to create a customized design plan that reflects your vision and meets your needs. With my expertise and attention to detail, you'll gain valuable insights and actionable recommendations to transform your chosen room into a space you'll love to live in.

• send photos of your space: prior to the chat, please email a few photos of your space to me 7 days prior to our scheduled chat so I can review them before your session.

• receive your custom design plan: following the call, I will send you an outline of your chat, including recommended items and actionable steps to implement in your space.

The cost for this service is $250. Payment is due at the time of booking. To secure your session, kindly complete your payment via our website checkout. Once your payment is received, your consultation will be confirmed. If payment is not received within 24 hours of booking, your session will be canceled.

• cancellation notice: we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your design consultation. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations.

• rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your consultation and provide at least 48 hours' notice, we will gladly accommodate your request and find a new suitable appointment time.

• late cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. This fee covers the time and resources allocated for your appointment.

• no-show policy: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will result in a no-show fee, equivalent to the full consultation fee ($250).

• exceptional circumstances: We understand that emergencies can happen. In cases of unforeseen and exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

• payment: Any applicable cancellation fees will be billed to the client and must be paid in full before rescheduling or booking future consultations.
