Thank you for choosing lwdecor! We're stoked to have you join us on this journey to make your space truly yours. Before we dive into the fun stuff, let's chat about how we handle shipping and returns—it's important stuff, but we promise to keep it light and easy!
the shipping policy
Here at lwdecor, we are all about getting your goodies to you asap. Once you hit that order button, we spring into action to get your package ready within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that during periods of high order volume or unforeseen postal service issues, there may be delays beyond our control. We know waiting for packages is the worst, so we do our best to make it quick and painless.
domestic shipping
Nobody likes surprises, especially when it comes to shipping costs. That's why we offer flat rate shipping based on your order total. You'll see your shipping charges right at checkout—no hidden fees here! While we can't control the speed of the delivery trucks, we aim to get your package to you as soon as humanly possible. The postal service usually quotes one to five business days for domestic shipments, but we all know how unpredictable the postal service can be.

orders under $10: $5 flat rate shipping
orders under $50: $10 flat rate shipping
orders under $100: $15 flat rate shipping
orders over $100: $25 flat rate shipping
At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the USA or to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address when you place your order.
local pick up
Live nearby? Lucky you! Skip the shipping fees + swing by to pick up your items. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be ready for collection within 1 to 3 business days. We'll notify you via email when your order is ready, along with the deets to picking it up.
international shipping
While we're passionate about spreading decor joy far and wide, we currently only offer domestic shipping. We're continuously exploring opportunities to expand our reach and serve customers around the globe.
return + exchanges policy
We want you to love your lwdecor purchase as much as Krista loved curating the collection. While all sales are final, exceptions are made for products damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Please follow these steps for returns:
notification: notify us at landwdecor@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving damaged or incorrect products. Include your name, order number, and reason for return, along with relevant photographs.
approval & instructions: if your return is accepted, we'll provide you with return shipping instructions and issue store credit upon receipt of the returned item(s).
conditions: returned products must be in their original, unused (and unwashed) condition, with the original packing slip, and received by lwdecor within 30 days of initial delivery.
refunds: upon receipt of the returned product, please allow up to one week for our team to conduct a quality control review. If a replacement is available, we'll gladly send it your way. If not, we'll issue a refund in the form of store credit, processed by gift card. You'll receive an email notification once the process is complete.
Please note that we do not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, we've got you covered. Simply reach out to us with details and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. While we'll do our best to provide a replacement, please understand that our stock is limited and we may not always have the exact item available. A return of store credit will be provided.
store credit
In cases where a replacement isn't available, we'll issue store credit so you can shop for something you love in the future. Your store credit will never expire and can be used towards any future purchase on lwdecor.
non-refundable items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:
items received in our home decor styling boxes
custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
sale items
gift cards
order cancellations
Due to the final sale nature of our products, we are unable to accept order cancellations or exchanges at this time.
