cancellation policy

Please review our cancellation policy

  • cancellation notice: We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your design consultation. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations.

  • rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your consultation and provide at least 48 hours' notice, we will gladly accommodate your request and find a new suitable appointment time.

  • late cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. This fee covers the time and resources allocated for your appointment.

  • no-show policy: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will result in a no-show fee, equivalent to the full consultation fee ($250).

  • exceptional circumstances: We understand that emergencies can happen. In cases of unforeseen and exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • payment: Any applicable cancellation fees will be billed to the client and must be paid in full before rescheduling or booking future consultations.
